Does anyone think Fizz's ultimate needs to be fixed?

I'm not talking about damage or anything like that. I'm talking about its hit box. As where in the world is its hitbox? In a recent game, the enemy fizz got fed so he was already dangerous. Dodging his ultimate could mean winning the team fight. But here is the problem. Many a times, the ultimate would competley miss my teammates yet still would attach to them and chomp them up. The ultimate really needs to visually fixed.
