Brand passive doesnt proc spellthief?

Yes it was made so DoT champs can't brainlessly get all 3 stacks off with just 1 DoT spell

They still should have allowed aoe spells to proc more than 1 stack though.

Balance decision. It was way too easy for him to proc farm with nothing but his pillar. Each cast can only proc ST once. No matter how many times or people you hit.

Brand is now tier 5 unplayable 10/10 decision

He ll always be outclassed by SYNDRA even veigar and many others in mid They also removed the ONLY fking reason to pick him as a support XD

He shouldn't be getting picked as a Support though. They need to revert the ridiculous buffs to his passive and R.

Do you have any idea by how much he would have to be buffed to match syndra in mid BY A FKING LOT Currently he is retarded version of syndra, just like velkoz but atleast brand had this viability due to spellthief for a while

Then they need to give him a home. Put more power into his mana restoration passive so he can afford to wave clear. Have it scale with his max mana instead of a flat base amount to better buff mid lane Brand who will be picking up a Lost Chapter ASAP.

Ok so that change literaly doesnt bring him anywhere even if he had no mana issues he is still worse version of many champions. He is outclassed the most by syndra

He needs a niche

The AoE niche in a class full of mages which are by definition Aoe Nukers is like saying this TANK Champion NICHE IS TANKING... yeahh

Brand was good midlaner twice

Deathfire touch release (spellthief midlane) At Brand release which was like in 2k11 or something

This were the only times Brand was High elo viable

And Support brand has been overated through years. I am afraid he is even noob bait now But of course I ll have low elo Boards developers laughing at me

How would they know Taliyah is FKING better at doing what brand suppport does How would they know Zyra is fking better at doing what brand support does How would they know Zilean is fking better at doing what brand support does

Fk he even gets outclassed by RAKA e max

Those were garbage changes by Riot but not because of their power His 3 explosion passive is just garbage design wise, There is no tracker for his passive, It feels random and out of place
