Mord needs to be disabled

He is just too unhealthy in the bot lane. Every game needs to have him banned or whoever gets him wins. He has so much sustain with 2x relic and his W that he might as well have a 2nd support as soraka. He out heals and shields all damage and poke making AP supports useless. He is so tanky after 1 item that CC has little to no effect except maybe saving your ADC. He can clear a wave so quickly that if he has any type of engage support he might as well always engage as he can just instantly clear the wave while attacking. Every game the support and ADC have to hide under turret and hope to get the majority of CS because mord will with his near instant clearing of waves from level 3 on. You cannot engage on him in melee because he and his melee support with stack W on you and kill you almost with just this ability! We will be dodging every game that has a mord on the enemy team and we do not.

Until Mords wave clear, sustain, or damage is put in check he needs to be disabled.
