@Meddler Small Skill Buff for Miss Fortune?

So I'm really digging the Miss Fortune rework. I really enjoy the new double up, it makes mastering her seem worth it and unique.

My only problem is, I run out of mana pretty fast. Instead of just lowering the mana cost(It's already pretty good) Can we get 1 of the 2: **1. Half Mana refunded if the 2nd shot hits a champion ** 2. Half Mana refunded if Double Up kills the target

This change would reward skilled Miss Fortune Players. If the mana cost has to slightly go up, I feel like it would still be worth it overall.

Thoughts?

I think her ult should be buffed as well, the only time you should ever use the ult is if your out of range of auto attack and they are almost dead but 90 percent of the time it still doesnt do any damage and they live haha.

I use the ult when they are somewhat close by and being held off by my team all the time. It devastates them.

^This. Haha, I think the ult's in a fine spot. If you get a Black Cleaver your ult does wonders. Not only for you, but for the entire team. It's in a pretty good spot right now.
