Are advanced Jungle Items, i.e. Bloodrazor, worth buying over other items?

If I look at bloodrazor and the intermediate trackers's knife, it seems they give very lackluster stats compared to other items for the same cost. It makes me wonder if they are worth it. Do they give more jungle bonus exp? Does having two jungle items stack the exp? I am wondering because there are other items that could be built for that kind of cash and I am sincerely wondering if the jungle items are worth my time. In every game when I play jungle im 1 to 2 levels behind my team and its frustrating. Trying to find a way to keep up.
