Twitch spikes way too early. To help fix this problem I suggest moving the attack speed off his Q and putting it on his ult. The value would go from 30/35/40/45/50% bonus attack speed to 20/35/50%. That way he spikes later and his late game is untouched.

Well I Say I Win1 votesHe means make it like Sivir's W and Ult, where you don't get 60% attack speed when you use W, until you unlock your ult.
After you get your ult as Sivir, you get 60% attack speed every time you use W.

Well I Say I Win2 votesLel that's because it's on his ult now. The attack speed would need to scale with the ult level instead. But the same thing. He would get his Q out-of-stealth attack speed normally, except by putting it on the ult, you delay the bonus attack speed until level 6, and upgrades would be available at 11 and 16.
