Can Mordekaiser ghost not auto attack whatever is nearby

I feel this would resolve many of the issues, I get so pissed off when my ghost just starts attacking minions because that happens to be nearby when I need it to chase down a target. Let the ghost be fully manual please.

Also just noticed that dragon ghost gains bonus MS when moving towards Mordekaiser.

Also normal champion ghosts aren't applying liandries anymore but will apply rylais???
