Just thoughts I've been having about Sylas and Neeko for months.

Idk if someone has already made a comment about this but it is really weird to me that the Chameleon like champ who steals appearances, confuses you with clones and stuff has an ult that chains you to the ground. And then the champion based around chains who used them to stun you, pull you, etc., his ult steals the abilities of other champions.

I imagine they were designed by different teams, but they were pretty closed in release date. Riot released Sylas like a month after Neeko, so I'm guessing they knew what the other team was working on.

To this day the mix up of abilities, in my opinion, is unbelievable.
