Kass urf mode
You nerfed kassadins ult to be limited to 200 damage and have a longer cool down. Real fucking shady riot, but vlad is running around with his blood pool unkillable. Real ducking shady.

WoonStruck1 votesVlad can't do jack shit to you if you don't engage on him. He's got no mobility, no way to keep you by him until he has Rylai's, etc etc.
Yeah, he's immortal, but you really don't have to fight him in URF. Just clear the waves or use someone with a silence when you don't ban him.
I'm much more worried about Ez, Zed, LB, etc being in a game because you can't touch them if they're decent.
