All I am saying is that Blitz is ultra one dimensional. He lives and dies by one spell. That is not healthy gameplay. The reason why he is gimped is because in higher ELO's he is damn near useless because people can read him before he even acts and can dodge his hook the instant it goes out, so they won't nerf him, and in lower ELOs he is dominant because his Q is so ungodly powerful against players who frequently make positioning errors, so they won't buff him. He needs a rework, because his abilities are nigh on useless without his Q, and his Q is too awkward to work.
You could easily argue the exact opposite, in high elos a successful hook means a guaranteed kill and in lower elos you cant nerf a champion for unskilled players being unskilled. His kit revolves around his Q, which means that a good blitzcrank will use the rest of his abilities to create a situation in which he will land a hook, you're not supposed to blindly throw out Q's every time theyre up and then flail around like a chicken with W activated when you miss. He is a very binary champion but there is a high punishment for missing a hook so a lot of positioning and prediction skill comes into play. There isn't anything wrong with loading a bunch of power into one spell if the rest of his spells revolve around creating a situation in which that one spell is very effective (see
. This (imo) is less bad design choice and more creating a unique identity for achamp (Blitz is the Rocket Grab robot, everyone knows this).
