Riven is pretty much a tank with Death dance

if you lifesteal faster than the damage. which is not hard its slow Dot. the damage depletion counts as damage reduction. now mind you she can aa cancel and pretty much get full hp in a short trade. with her shield that helps mitigate DD return damage. riven with DD and a cpl damage items is no less tanky than a darius with bc and 2 tank items.

a buff to an item increased a champions winrate. no less than one of the most difficult ones. by 2%. if you remember few months back. when Riven ult got buffed. her winrate went down by 2% becuase more people played her.

this was a big mistake
