Newly Released Champions Shouldn't Be Allowed In Rank
Two Basic Simple Reasons With One Solution.

It only takes one player to ruin the entire game with a champion they have no experience with by feeding and non-sense. A Newly released champion has so much attention, that it urges people to play the champion the moment it's out.

In most cases, PBE players have experience with newly champs but it's unfair to the other team if they have no knowledge of what the new champion is capable of. From the last couple of months, the moment when a new champion is released they are either too powerful or too much to handle in which the next patch comes nerfs ratios etc.
Solution: Newly released champions should be blocked off from Rank for a duration of at least one week or a debatable time span.
