What if new Arcane Blade replaced Stormraiders Surge in cunning tree?

Mostly title, but basically the new KEYSTONE is a beefier version of the old arcane blade. It would synergize with somemchamps while allowing others to have their own options too.

All keystones have their niche, Warlord - crit adc Fervor - jax, irelia etc Dft - poke

Stormraiders - uhh Thunderlords - combo mages and assasins Windspeakers - healers

Grasp - fighters and juggernauts Strength of ages - jungle tanks Bond of stone - tank supp

The only mastery that really diesnt have a place is stormraiders, even after buffs.

Revamped arcane blade would be good on ap AA champs like diana, kayle, fizz, (maybe karma) and allow them to have their own viable mastery choice while not crowding everyone else our.

the stormraiders surge buff is not live yet, its only on the PBE and for some REALLY FUCKED UP WEIRD RITO REASON they changed it from 100% slow reduction to 70% which makes it useless.

its like, 100% slow reduction makes you unslowable for 2 seconds under certain circumstances. this would be VERY AWSOME for many people but not strong enough to force you to use it. now 70% is fucking useless because it defeats the purpose. slows on you are 70% weaker but they still slow you so you are still probably slower than the enemy or not fast enough to make full use of the speedbuff.

like, on the PBE, has the slow immunity been too overwhelming? no it hasnt. most people didnt even use it properly. it was fucking good because it did what keystones are supposed to do: make your choice meaningful. you lose alot of damage from not having a mega strong damage keystone but you GAIN something that can potentially be invaluable. COOL. now with the 70%, you dont gain shit. its retarded. but with the 100% it woulda been a wonderful mastery and it woulda been beautiful.

Storm riders gives an escape to high damage champions with no escape.

Arcane blade isn't really needed anymore. It's primary purpose before was to allow AP champs to help with tower pushing. Now that all AA on towers automatically have an AP damage component to them, it isn't needed anymore, and would only be taken on a few very niche champions and builds
