rito already nerfed zed's ult by giving him a delay before swapping back to his ult. why not do that on leblanc's W? giving her that delay before she can teleprt back, giving the enemy a chance to react?

Because LB already got gutted, she's garbage, lol. I feel bad for her players.

Except leblanc's dash can already be counterplayed, by interrupting it with some cc like a thresh flay. The point of Zed's delay was that he became untargetable during ulti, so it was essentially like a zhonya that didn't cost gold, and also let you teleport to an enemy.

Because it would make her winrate drop like 15% i bet. if you can't react to lb's dash in this patch which basically made her wirate worst par to kappadin, ya need your eyes checked out. really And basically these threads are made by zed owners. That nerf never made a drop in your winrates
