In ARAM now, with the removal of Warmog and the buffed AP ratio on Fleet Footwork, do you think going full AP Soraka with Fleet Footwork will be a thing now?

It's probably fine. I've been taking Grasp on her much of the time when I play her. Also, I thought Warmog's Armor was only removed from ARAM.

Oh right, you meant ARAM specifically. Well, if you take Revitalize, then yes, I think Fleet Footwork might be a solid choice. You could grab Ardent Censor and have some solid healing power. I've normally taken Grasp the majority of the time on ARAM, but if you're looking to be the APC, then going for FFw is probably not a bad idea.

Not really. While the ap ratio got buffed you have to keep in mind since there is a healing penalty on ranged champions. Its funny, they are trying to make it appealing to mages, yet they forget that most mages are ranged thus they are affected by the penalty, making the keystone not worth the slot.

which is why they buffed the ap ratio

Do you even math? You cant make full use of it as a mage because there is a penalty on ranged. And because mages dont buy atk speed, they cant atk fast enough to stack them fast enough.

with is why it stacks with running not just auto attacking

Nyarlathοtep

You cant be serious now. You know it stacks with both aa and moving around. Mages dont move around as much as adc.

Mages only move around. As mage players like to throw out their spells and run around like their heads are cut off instead of auto attacking siteing cooldowns as the reason. because mages have less attack speed that is what allows them to run around more than adcs.

Nyarlathοtep

Adc have lower range than mages, as such they have to move around constantly in order to keep the enemies in range and to keep themselves out of harms way. Couple that with their atk speed and they end up making better use of fleet footwork.

My only concern would be, what do you do with the middle and last row of precision runes? They're kind of a wasted slot.

you mean the legend blood line legend alacrity and tenacity They are all good. Blood like for the same reason as fleet of footwork but alacrity is best because it helps things like item 3115 or item 3091 if you want to be supporty and take back what riot took from you.
