Would be cool if some of Lee's Sin's power budget could be shifted to his Ult breaking shields.

'Breaking' meaning that he strips his ult target of any shields they may have, regardless of how high they are. Would feel awesome when used right, and fits into both his Monk and high skill cap fantasies. Also makes him less of a generalist and gives him another niche reason to be picked (e.g., the enemy team consists of Karma, Urgot, Kai'sa, Ivern, and Lux; and Ivern rushed a Locket).
