@Riot interaction between red buff and towers
is it correct that red buff deals damage to turrets, or is it just a flaw that has been forgotten

I know that It's intended, but I don't know why as I'm not on the team that does these things :D
Seems fine to me as it helps to emphasize the ADC role in towerpushing, as each shot is a bit more valuable.
it just looks suspicious to me, as it didn't work like that before preseason changes
