Phreak's 7.15 Rundown

For those who do not know, each patch Phreak does rundowns for patches. No only does he do these rundowns, he also brings charts and graphs showing you exactly what these changes are doing. He also shares insight that others don't think about or brush off as meh, but he does this because it's part of his job to know these things. More people need to watch these patch notes by Phreak because he points out things most players don't put into their thought processes when looking at buffs/nerfs.

A few examples of insights this patch are : Nasus buffs - Phreak believes these buffs are massive, and has the charts to back it up. I've said from the moment his buffs hit PBE they were big, but others would just shrug it off as worthless thinking they did nothing for him, guess again kiddies. Adaptive Helm buff : Buying Adaptive Helm instead of Spirit Visage because the enemy team has a Syndra, don't do it because Syndra would rather ult a carry than a tank.
