RIP Udyr?

So I play Udyr sometimes because I think he is a cool champ. I haven't been finding any builds that work for him currently in a substantial way. Just spikes here and there and EXTREMELY SITUATIONAL. So I went to OP.GG and guess what... he literally has no stat information because he is not played enough. lol His icon literally says RIP on it. So then I went to LoLKing.net.... guess what... he has a .1% pick rate within the League community and his ban rate is .05%! WHAT? I did some back tracking and it has been like this for a LONG TIME. When is this dude gonna get a buff? I mean you see Riot buffing Fiora and so on champions that really don't need the buffs, but you have my good ole pal Udyr here dying in the ditches. Just begging and pleading for some attention. A buff. Something. They were gonna change his R ratios to AD but keep the dmg mgc, but no... they retracted it on the PBE and that was like 3 months ago. So they know he needs some love, but are just refusing to do so. Why is that? Why? When will we see Udyr played again?
