Grounding for Cassiopeia? (prevents mobility abilities from being used) It is something I was waiting to be introduced in the game, I wonder if it will be used in other champs.

I also believe something like debuff that could reduce the effective range of movement abilites by a % fraction could also work.

I think it is nice and should be left to Cassiopeia only, in her rework they wanted to make her unique between the other champs and give the grounding mechanic to her as a reason to pick her. If you give it to other champs then she wont be unique anymore.
