My short reasoning on ELO hell, and why it exists, but not like people think.

IMO ive always considered ELO hell just an elo thats unusually harder to climb out of. Silver,Plat, and low Diamond seem to be the most common ones.

But notice what i said. unusually harder. You can still easily climb out, itll just take a bit more effort and analyzing what youre doing wrong.

Lets say youre in another elo/division and want out. ok just play like the division ahead of you. In these divisions/elos/whatever, it seems like you need to play maybe 2 or several divisions ahead of your wanted division, just because these specific ranks/divisions have their own general problems. Is it still possible? very. Is it a tad harder? yes.

just my thoughts on this.

I've always said that if you want to climb to gold you have to play at a plat level. Its kind of bizarre that Riot has yet to factor in the grading system in ranked. They added it, but never actually put anything serious into it.

I don't mean to say that someone should lose more LP for playing badly in a loss, but rather a person who did very well should at least lose less LP. I mean, your rank is supposed to represent your skill, but this is a team based game, so its only accurate to a certain extent. Riot could definitely tune it a bit. Even if an S rank only mitigated a 3 or 4 points of LP, its better than 0.
