movespeed quints or another champ?

I use MS quints on almost all my tanks, they are worth it!

It's good for tanky junglers, so if you use a lot of those I'd say it's worth it to get the runes

MS quints are a preference type of thing and usually incredibly niche. If you play champions with low base MS and no mobility, it might be worth it, but saving for another type of rune might be better in the long run.

They are good for kiteable melee champs and supports, especially if the support doesnt have massive base damages to exploit with Magic pen. I dont think they are good on Yorick, but they feel good on Mundo.

so only use them on immobile tanks is what i'm catching, are they useful for mobile damage champs?
