Question on why Poppy is considered unbalanced

So I'd like to know what reasons the community can give me for why Poppy is considered unbalanced enough to get a gutting in PBE. Please leave comments below on reasons please so i can understand and maybe make counter-statements. [slayer-jinx-wink]
