How about those penalty timers....

Just keeping my fight on for getting rid of penalty timers.... Just dodged one game in a normal and got a 6 min time penalty. Don't dodge a lot, so I feel the penalty for missing and/or not wanting to play in a game should be penalized! Come on Riot please get rid of this. One dodge/missed q for every 10-15 games shouldn't give you a 6 minute penalty.
