i swear u used to have 1 freebie where u didnt get a time penalty and now u have 0 freebies. so stupid i dont even like this game that much when i want to play it i want to play a particular champion in a particular role and if i dont get this im just gonna dodge cus im not gonna waste 35 min playing some shit i dont want to play (DUH) so how about u stop penalizing people for ur own incompetence to create a matchmaking system that gives me my fuckin role!
It should be a 5m wait and -3 LP and thats it. No scaling up or anything.
Dodging is REQUIRED to climb and until they FIX their broken Match Making Dodges (3-5 a day) is required to not ruin your MMR and with it being 30m waits you might as well just stop playing the game.

As someone who doesn't dodge, I honestly don't care. In terms of PBE however, no. Make dodge penalties on PBE skyrocket because people spam dodge on that mofo because they can't live without being the only ones allowed to try new stuff and it's annoying lol
Dont care about waiting time because I can play better game like overwatch in meanwhile but that LP lose it sucks.
I would rather see a report option for lane theft. Basically people bullying you out of assigned lane because they feel like it. It's happened a lot and after reporting I never get a pop up saying anything happened to the person doing it.
Riot need to fix this, I dodge sometimes simply because of troll team mates. I'm gold 4 on the pH server and even in gold you get people who refuse to play their assigned lanes. They bully people into taking lanes they were not assigned or we end up with 2 tops or 2 mids. Its ranked ffs, if you can't play all lanes without crying then DON'T PLAY RANKED its simple. Riot should investigate dodgers and penalise the person that locked in the troll pick or the person who refused to play their assigned lane, it's so damn frustrating
