Everyone... What if you want to honor more than one player?

Just played a game where no one was toxic and everyone worked together and we stomped... shouldn't the team get rewarded instead of just a single player?

No, even in this situation there at least one player playing better than other, doing the call, cheering the team more than other... someone shine more than other.

the reward of the team is the victory & lp. Honor is a bonus for the "best player".

Uhh, 4 man Rakan ult into W into Yasuo ult and Orianna ult into Jax Quadra kill that won the game. Guess who got most honors that game. The Jax. Yep, Rakan certainly didn't do anything to win that teamfight.

Believe me, it doesn't go to the "best player". Doesn't matter if you shot call or make catches that win the game, it goes to whoever appears to be doing the most damage.

don't know how its work at lower elo for honor. But i did 2 games today, was honored in both without dealing the most damage. And honored the support in both game.

In ur example u just speak about one action, without watch the game i can't judge.

I believe u, because at low elo u (not u personaly) havn't a good eyes to analyze whose making the game.
