okkk this needs to be adressed

The penalty for dodging.... it is a hugely flawed system at this point. There is no way to get out of a game you know is going to be toxic and troll from champ select. Someone in my last lobby banned a hovered champ on accident and apologized, legit honest mistake. Top laner andddd mid midlaner decide they are gonna troll so I'm left with the choice to risk playing and wasting my time in a toxic game cause they are already tilted... or I dodge. Then I have to wait 6 minuted and the next time 15 minutes... All because the game was 100% going to be toxic and now I'm stuck waiting. Heaven forbid if someone else in a later game does the same thing, I'm basically stuck.
