I need some help

'sUP My pc is a toaster and I can't play anything. All i can do about lol is some theory crafting by the time i get a new computer. Can someone confirm me(or do the test) if passive shield takes account of armor and mr (ie does it act as a virtual hp bar like it did before the rework)? Thanks in advance
