Wukong should probably be kept sub-50 until his rework.
It sucks, but, tbh, he's just too toxic in playstyle. There is no skill component to him come mid to late-game, it's just a stat check on whether or not you have enough damage to instantly kill the ADC with your combo.
thats actually pretty high for base attack speed.
it looks like a really small buff, but this is also scaled up with attack speed items and any other source of bonus attack speed, like his e and precision runes.
i think theyre trying to push him back into more of a fighter and sustained damage build from his 1 shot assassin build. though hell need larger changes to accomplish that.
He needs no buffs, at least not so early after nerfs when no one know if he will stabilize or not.

Makes his jungle clear better and makes his dueling top lane also a tad bit better
All they had to do was add some sort of sustain or shielding or some wave clear but nah we will give him early AS that doesn't matter much except in jungle where duelist and tanker going to ruin him.
An AS boost is a reasonable compensation for the recent Q nerf, reducing his front-loaded burst and encouraging longer engagements with more time for counterplay. Hopefully it's enough until the rework he sorely needs.
He needs it , and needs some tankiness , so I can stop building him full glass canon

For god sake I wish they would just update him already. I can guarantee if they need ideas, all they would have to do is make a post asking about what people would like to see with him and people would flock to put in their two cents, along with some related posts going in depth of what they would want to see. The string of nerfs and buffs will not end well for anyone and will just make his mains want to pull their collective hair out.
