Any champions i have played often in the past do no damage. No idea what the hell i'm doing in this game anymore... it's like everything i try ends up being ultra late game.

roughly it feels that way. if i get caught by a qiyana/ pyke, no flash or item will save me. So i play with a horrid ping "ty for no server riot" and now i need to do something about people that can abuse this 200ping lead they get but they can hop to me like kasadin.
so lets do the math 200 ping VS a diamond qiyana

i live in south africa. SHOW ME ONE RIOT SERVER BELOW 200. No what you can do is go bother someone else as your not helping for shit...

Africa does not have a big enough player population to justify a server. OCE has likel 200k ranked players and is considered a joke. Highly doubt South africa could come anywhere near that number if they had a server. If you want to play league, guess you gotta move.

Well lets see why people play dota 2 here?.. THEY GAVE US A SERVER! SO we played. not gona attract anyone without a server.
We had a free server here that had floods of players maxing out a 1TB link just to play WC3 dota. because it was a local server.

it's the same with aram rerolls. I roll.. i keep getting from the trash pool. I get into the loading screen. And i see instantly why i'm getting from the trash pool.
