Uhm, bard can walk through walls, and reksai can tunnel through them, and riven can flip over them, and nidalee can jump over with NO MANA COST RITO, and yas can e over it if angled right. Lots of champs can.

A lot of champions do that. It's wall hopping and it's much cheaper.

Aurelion Sol can fly over them, Lee sin can Ward jump over them, Braum can ward jump/jump to allies over walls, Gnar can jump over them, Renekton can dash over them, Graves can dash over them, Shacco can Q over them (that q can burn in hell) Fizz can E over them, Bard can E through them, Gragas can body slam over them, Nidalee can jump over them, Sejuani can Q over them, and many more
