I dunno where is dmg come from anyway (and why has he not been nerfed when it should not be fair to be able to constantly pass behind the enemy to dive him under tower with your basic ability (E) to make him out of tower and allow your mate to kill it). So let's skip it.
got insane dmg scaling because she needs to reach ya. (Furthermore her lats buff gives her %MaxHealth dmg on her W) but she's extremely "frail" against CC but people doesn't want to play Hard CC Champ. Dmg are better anyway. kappa.

The only nerf I would acknowledge would be to limit how the black cleaver shredding works with his passive.
= E + Sated + Q. The fact is her dmg isn't that high it's more about the inherent synergy and how it can feels like burst when you're squishy. Flat dmg equal to 80-100% AD + Proc from W + Proc from E x2 (5% Max health) + Blood Razor x2 (8% Max Health) = A lot.
especially got high AD Ratio simply because they're Divers.
is a Skirmisher (and skirmisher scales extremely well) with 2-3 items since they have core items who gives them high power spikes.
From what I see you've got a high issue with Fighter in general (sinc enone of them are actually tanks anyway) I can understand that but most of them are highly sensitive when it comes to Crowd Control Effect. But as I said people don't like to pick CC when it can in fact win game.
