Zoe changes are coming in a few patches right?

It's pretty clear that the champion isn't balanced in her current state, or at least is the most toxic champion to play against available. According to OP.GG, Zoe's pick/ban rate is about 99%, 91% of that being bans.

Now I haven't been around long enough to remember this for myself, but I've heard about the tales of kassawin, and this seems similar to that. I also remember that he had several nerfs in the wrong place before he was actually nerfed effectively.

I'm fairly sure that Zoe has problems. I don't have any idea on what particularly needs to be changed (though there already are some ideas), but something clearly needs to be done.

So, I'm asking if something is going to be done before the end of January, or if we're going to have to deal with a permaban for another month.
