Elise has a 53% win rate Nid has a 43% win rate.

Because Nidalee's kit is anti-fun, Elise is similar to Nidalee in playstyle but isn't nearly as toxic to play against.

has 53% winrate, 12% pickrate, and 100% pick/ban in LCS, but no one bans her or complains about her at all because her kit isn't inherently toxic.

Meanwhile champs like feel like they were designed to make your game miserable, therefore they get the most shit when they are popular.

Elise was broken for so long (as in kha broken, not OP) and now they finally did her jusctice. As for Nid people just QQ when one spear destroys their health, and its mostly squishy champs that she destroys so they QQ saying "wow she is op" when she is not. People pick up nid and just spam the spear, which is as much fun as playing MKX with someone just spamming one ability over and over, and not trying to use more of the kit.

uh... Nidalee received a harsh nerf in patch 5.15 which is why her win rate plummeted...

The funny thing is the Nidalee nerf wasn't targeted at balancing her abilities properly. RIOT said they want players to commit with Nidalee's Cougar form. But instead of adjusting her abilities toward that end, they just straight nerfed her spear hard.

So think about that, you're playing Nidalee but now your spear isn't doing the damage needed for you to melee commit. You aren't going to commit with cougar form unless you're confident you can get the kill, because if you commit and don't get the kill, you are probably dead. How many games do you have to play before you can adjust to this nerf?

If RIOT made this change because of player complaints about getting hit with Nidalee spears, then don't expect Nidalee to be balanced well any time soon.
