Ryze is overpowered again.

His kit being reworked did not solve his problems of being super abusive in lane. Current ryze wins if he's pushing or pushed in due to his E dmg being so overpowered with his passive up.

Q is too cheap and is still a strong skill, albeit the weakest skill in his kit. Mainly used for keeping passive stack at 3-4. W is overpowered during passive, 3x W is like a snarelock that completely shits on melees. 6x W at level 16 is just beyond broken. E is overpowered, does far too much damage with no counterplay due to the increased missile speed and lowered cooldown. R is overpowered because it makes all of his skills take far less skill to use properly and far more deadly.

your not going to hurt my feelings by listing my match history, haha. Fact is Ryze's power got poopied on when they made his Q a skillshot and his E 100 range aoe.

Yes, his W is retarded broken and you can get 6x W's but they nerfed all his mana % ratios on his spells and made him more of an AP carry without the mana itemization.

Not saying he isn't strong, i just dont think hes OP.
