Fiora in PBE is way too overpowered.

Edit: Her #'s just came out on the PBE, she's going to be overpowered with these numbers, simple as that.

Passive does way too much: way too much damage, way too much healing, way too much MS boost.

Q is on a hilariously low CD with CDR.

W base damage is so high with a huge uptime and huge damage scaling and a good slow.

WTF THIS SLOWS ATTACK SPEED TOO LOLLOLOLOLOL

E is godly scaling with godly slow and great damage scaling.

Ulti is broken with these #'s. 12% max hp true dmg that scales PER proc.


Her kit actually rewards sticking onto someone and being a tank helps with that a lot more than going glass cannon.

Passive supports a tanky fiora build where she gets to proc it a lot for a tons of true damage and a high uptime MS steroid. She also heals for a LOT over time.

Q supports CDR build which supports a tanky build because the best tank items have CDR usually.

W supports a CDR build that lets her have really good CC and psudo damage reduction.

E supports a CDR build that lets her have high uptime on the slow and crit. E does not support buying crit because the first hit cannot crit. So it is super awkward.

R supports a tanky CDR build that lets her use the weakness procs to do massive damage and give her team a lot of utility. Being tanky helps her actually get the procs off.

Reasoning on why she can't be a strong melee carry:

    -She has no on demand burst damage that she used to have, she has no on demand long lasting pseudo-invulnerability that she used to have. 

    -She has to attack someone multiple times to generate high amounts of damage. 

    -She doesn't scale with crit very well at all due to her first hit on E being guaranteed to NOT crit. It doesn't matter if the 2nd hit is a guaranteed crit if the first one is guaranteed to not crit. Buying crit is gold inefficient on her simply because of that. 

    -Her Q is also no longer a point and click double dash that lets her do some crazy things.

I saw my friend test it out and with a fairly standard AD build he got her ult to a potential 78% max health true damage.... and it's not hard to proc all 4 marks, between the 2 second cool down q and the ms boost, it's SO easy to pop all 4

have you even played her? I have, and her passive is far from to much heal and to much ms, the base damage is rather bad, but her scaleing is insane, if she ever gets to lategame, there is nothing you can do 1v1 besides bursting her down. Also, that passive gets nearly all damage from the ad-scaleing, so it doesn't support tanky builts.

Q is her only realy mobillity-tool, for a champ that is about agillity and positioning, i damn hope that the dc is low, and if you don't max it, the cd is pretty high. Actually, the Q could use a range buff, right now it is pretty low, if you stand on max AA range(150), it won't even get you behind your target for a passive proc.

W: 260 is normal base damage, it has no damage scaleing(unless you for some reason go ap, but even then 0.6 isn't high), the uptime is rather low as you will max it lst, and the cd in early ranks is massive, and still rather high later on. The slow duration is rather short and it roots you for 0.75sec! It is potentially broken though, it can deny alot damage and cc, and if you actually block hard cc, the stun is hard.

E scales nice but both damage and slow are really weak in early ranks and the cd is high.

The ult is 12% TOTAL, it deals the exact damage of your passive per proc, just that it allow for 4 procs in a short time, 5 if you first proc the passive and then ult. So just as the passive, the ult mostly gets damage from building AD, so no tank built. Even the heal gets half of it's power from getting AD.

She still can deal devastating damage with Ad+IE buitls, the save crit on the second E synergieses well with IE, and Q+AA+E1+E2 bursts for massive damage in short time once you have some gear. She will be worse in teamfights as glasscannon as she lacks the old ult, but if she ever finds a squishy out ofpositioin, he will die just as fast as befor. And for teamfights, a bruiser built with cdr usually works better on current fiora aswell, unless the enemies have no cc or heavy burst.

right now, her early feels pretty weak, and her teamfights midgame teamfights aren't great aswell. She has some strong 1v1 potential post 6 if she can utilize the full ult, but vs any enemie with a bit disengage that is really hard to do, and next to impossible if it's a teamfights and people peel against you.

Her lategame if built as bruiser but also glasscannon is pretty insane, she can just ult the enemie tank and destroy him if built glasscannon, and as bruiser she has some chance to get her ult onto priority target, or take the tank with her team.
