[Mundo] Mundo q is currently not refunding the proper amounts of health.
And is making him extremely weak in gameplay.

I noticed the same behavior as well. Was wondering why my health seemed to get lower as laning went despite safely Q farming (which could be used for healing before the new runes).
Can confirm.
