Bot lane meta is probably the worst it has been in years.

When the only viable picks are hyper carries because it's impossible to kill them early game when they run barrier+heal on support. And they always get to scale extremely well and turn into a hyper carry way too early in the game because of ardent censor supports.

Riot has stated that they dislike passive power, yet here we are that the BEST soloq supports right now are all just ardent censor healing ball of stats.

Once ardent supports get even slightly ahead, you can't fight them because they just run you over with their big balls of stat.

Healing needs to get reworked on champions that have it as a major part of their kit. Bot lane bullies are literally non viable right now because of ardent censor supports using heal+barrier to negate ANY chance of them dying in lane. This is literally anti interaction. Heals are too strong and the champions with the heals have no way to demonstrate they are good because their kit are so simple that they can't fuck it up. There's no decision making with ardent supports, push their heal when their adc is hurt, push CC button when the enemies engage on you. Run away. It's not interactive and it's not fun to play vs the current bot lane meta. The problem of the all in champions that used to counter censor bots is that they are all just too weak right now in lane. They can't deal with ranged auto attack harrass early game and they get outpaced on items because coin is literally giving ardent supports 3x the gold of relic shield.

Rework heals to grey health, so that it's not instant and there's some counterplay to it. Grey health makes it so that assassins can ACTUALLY kill the adc when they get on the adc instead of the support literally outshielding+healing the assassin's damage.
