Let's face it: Riot would sooner shoot itself in the foot than nerf Lee Sin meaningfully

We could suggest all the appropriate nerfs we want, and they'll give absolutely no f#cks at all because he's Lee Sin. Simple as that.

Heck, I've got a few that would be meaningful right here:

  1. Change Resonating Strike so instead of dealing a % of the target's missing health, it deals damage up to a cap based on missing health. This lowers his free damage against high-health opponents.

  2. Change Tempest/Cripple to no longer reveal stealthed opponents (still reveals non-stealthed enemies). If Lee wants to expose a stealthed enemy, he should have to successfully hit with Sonic Wave, not just mash E in the middle of Akali's shroud.

  3. Lower the base damage of Dragon's Rage significantly, and give it a higher bonus AD ratio. There, Lee can't do good damage with his ultimate unless he builds more than one AD item.

But you know what? Riot's not gonna give any sh!ts about them even if I went into good explanations. It's been their track record so far.

I actually agree with this statement, and those are reasonable changes, although they are scary if it's a pure AD lee sin, which is stupidly insane to go against.

Pure AD Lee Sin's die instantly if you so much as look at them with direct-target nukes.

Nerf all base dmg, buff all ratios. BAM.

lee is blind. the whole point of all his abilites revealing stealthed enemies is cuz he doesnt use regular vision to see. he is supposed to be able to keep a stealthed enemy visible at all times(late game cooldowns if you can land your Q every time.)

It's too much power, though, on his E.

Well, if we want it to fit his lore, then we should black out the screen and have the screen light up when there are sounds or vibrations from champions, similar to reksai. (See Devil's tuning fork for an example, search it up on google.) But the fact that he can see anybody around him is annoying, on top of seeing stealthed on an easy to hit wide aoe ability, similar range to Darius's Decimate.

If they gave Lee Sin the same vision trick as Rek'Sai when burrowed, I would actually pick him up, it is a fun and interesting mechanic.

Yeah, but it completely kicks evelynn into a ditch even more then she already is

Personally, she needs a rework as it is. I love her stealth, but with it being permanent, Riot can't let her have true burst like an assassin should be. Cut back on the stealth, and she can have proper burst and can actually be a true assassin again.

Yeah, CC hurts them, but it doesn't stop half the Lee sins from doing it, because they're so damn greedy for kills that they're willing to wait on the other side of the wall of the enemies base when the rest of the team is at base, and they end up tossing the game because even though he has ridiculous mobility, he can still get caught out since people are so full of leesyndrome. Sorry about the rant, sort of lost an hour game two days ago when I was playing AD leona and carrying the game, which made me laugh.

Eh. 8% really isn't as much as you think. At 1000 health, 8% only amounts to about 80 damage. It's good, but hardly ridiculous, especially if Lee doesn't build penetration.

I think he needs his strengths adjusted some. Let him regain energy on his from monsters, but against champs he can only regain it from hitting champs with tempest/cripple. Let Lee gain full sustain from monsters, but deal less damage. Meanwhile against champs let him deal full damage, but lesser sustain.

Also, split up the damage on Dragon's Rage. Each of Lee's abilities apply a stack of rage on a target, at three or more stacks, Dragon's Rage deals full damage.
