I've been begging here for some buffs to make be a champion again, and apparently here they come!!! Don't start laughing just yet please. Patch 9 point ThirTEeN Syndra is getting buffed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And its a big one boys. So big I'm afraid it will start dominating all elos from iron to challenger and regions from Japan to Korea, spinning over the Pacific so we make a full circle. She is literally broken now that she got 10 more mana per level. NOW YOU CAN LAUGH. This means that she gets to cast one more Q at level 8. Because on level 8 she has additional 70 mana with this "great" buff and only at that point it reaches cost of Q which is 70 mana at level 8 and 80 mana on level 9. Her next powerspike comes where? level 16? when she gets 80 more from this joke? Okay... wp rito its a "buff" while still keeping the champ at garbage tier.
