Fiora is balanced, but still creates an issue

Now this won't be a popular opinion, but I feel that Fiora is "balanced" in the sense that she takes time to scale, has to be played properly and still has defined weaknesses (mainly team fighting)

However, fiora excels at dueling just too well. It is supposed to be her main strength. Split push dueling vs literally any champion. I get that. But it creates a major problem:

If you want to play a split push duelist why would you pick ANYONE but fiora? Not only can you blind pick fiora ( only Quinn and pantheon seem to do really well), but you know when you pick her you have the very best and that with time and items no one can deal with fiora 1 v 1. Even the best dueling champions will just get out scaled.

This is most glaring in competitive play where teams are basically only picking Fiora is they Want to run a 4-1 split push. So many champions are overshadowed by her you can feel confident having her on her own.

So to reiterate, fiora has an identity now, counter play, and is balanced, but I feel her main issue is that she is simply too good at what she does. She is currently crowding out everyone else as a split pushed in solo q and competitive play

Because even though she's the duelist that doesn't make her the best split pusher in every single case, generally she takes towers slower compared to other split pushers, she has less ability to escape from collapses, her wave clear is subpar and pretty much depends entirely on her hydra item for it, she lacks a way to impact or get to fights without teleport, and she isn't as much of a threat for TPing into a fight as some other split pushers.

She is currently crowding out everyone else as a split pushed in solo q and competitive play

Does she though? Her pick rate isn't crazy and in the top 20 play rates for top lane there are multiple other split pushers being played who have better win rates than her in soloq, and in competitive the splitpusher pushing everyone out is Gangplank not fiora

Tryndamere smashes her face in a 1v1 I'd imagine, especially if he buys a Mercurial Scimitar (an item he can easily fit into his build). Nasus definitely caves her skull in 1v1 if he stacks well.

Jax can handle her (it's sort of a skill match up I guess).

Yi probably can as well.

Fiora is certainly a great duelist, but invincible one on one? Hardly.
