For what champion? Not everyone builds MS. Gathering Storm just is just bad right now anyway for the other reason that games only last like 20-30 minutes and the rune doesn't really kick in until 20mins.

Celerity "kicks in" harder at 20 mins with just as much offense plus the ms as a bonus.

why dont you look at the stats it gives rather than making shit posts? Gathering storm gives 24 ap at 20 mins, you can get that much ap from celerity on Velkoz.
