@Riot - Can we get a stand on Shaco?

As far as I could tell, most Shaco players truly disliked the changes made to Shaco. Are there any significant changes aimed at him before the update goes live? More specifically:

Will his E be a worthy pick for a lv 9 maxing? It was basicly what allowed Lane Shaco (specially Mid Lane) to exist. It also gave him some flexibility in his playstyle.
Is his damage supposed to be smaller now? He is even more reliant on AA's to kill his target now that his passive is changed (unless he's really fed).
Is his somewhat abusive interaction with Crit Items (IE/Statikk Shiv) supposed to be removed ~~if yes, good~~?
Did the changes made to him actually solved the over-cheesiness that he always relied uppon?

The 1.5 second duration on his rank 1 Stealth should make his early cheese pretty much disappear.

Riot's official stance on Shaco is take his early game out back and shoot it. And to be fair, they definitely did that.

I mean, i havent tried new shaco but from what it seems they just kinda shot shaco instead of just his early game

They shot only his early game. The problem is that his late game is laughably bad if he can't snowball himself and his team due to how useless he is in sieges and team fights.

Hi! I'm an AP Shaco main as of now, dreading the future. In my eyes, the problem is they addressed Shaco's "Oppressive" early game, but didn't really give him anything in return. They tried to make him less "Feast or Famine", yet left him with just the Famine. His kit still relies on early snowball as it is on the PBE (And no amount of gimmicky illuminati boxes will help if he's behind. Don't let that fool you.), yet they removed his tools to get ahead early. The biggest hit to me, personally, is the absolute gutting of his E, which is AP Shaco's primary skill. Without that... well... I just... guess I'll have to make do or find another champ.

It's my biggest concern as well. I was having some pretty nice results with AD Shaco on the Mid Lane due to his decent poke and good all in potential (specially when packing Exhaust+Ignite). With his E damage halved for most of the match, Shaco is gonna have a really hard time in lane against most match ups.

Yeah if this rework goes live and its the way it is, i'm uninstalling league.

I freaking hate the fact that they put a box triangle when his ultimate dies, it feels gimmicky af, AP Shaco is shit early AND late game, JG Shaco can't gank full health targets early game anymore.

They put an AP scaling on his Q, yet who the hell will go and auto attack someone late game? AP Shaco isnt a Tan- oh wait... maybe riot wants us to be tanks now.. a
