Can we revert Orianna's base AD nerf from 4.14?

Back in 4.14, Orianna's base AD was nerfed from 47 to 41. I get that she has her passive to compensate and that this nerf means nothing once you get a couple of items on her, but she has the lowest base AD out of all the champions right now...even Karthus has higher base AD but his damage output doesn't rely on using autos.

I realize that her early game can be strong if played right, but there are still safer, stronger, and more reliable options to pick in the mid lane right now overall: Viktor Fizz Ahri

Could we give Orianna her 6 AD back? I don't think letting her cs better and giving a very slight boost in base damage would make her overbearing at all.

Highest AD at level 1 is 63.544 (Maokai). At level 1, Orianna has 40.36 AD. However, at level 1 her passive is 10 (+.15 AP) per autoattack, increased by 20% (up to 40%) for every consecutive attack on a target. For the first hit, that makes her autoattack damage 50.36; for the third, 54.36. Assuming 40 AP at level 1 (Doran's Ring + runes and masteries) this changes to 56.36 for the first attack and 62.76 for the third. She almost outdamages the highest base AD with normal starting AP and her passive. I don't think she really needs more AD.
