Buff Muramana Stack Rate
Archangel's Staff gets 8 points per tick, while Tear gets 4 points per tick. by the time I can afford Archangel's staff, I have 250 points. This means when I have finished 250 points and have 500 points to go, I can obtain the remaining 500 points in the same amount of time I previously stacked the 250 points.
Muramana stacks at 5 points per tick. The difference between 4 points per tick and 5 points per tick isn't enough to justify rushing it. If Muramana gained 8 points per tick like the Archangel's Staff, it would be worth rushing.
At 8 points per tick, I can get a fully stacked Seraph's Embrace by around 22 minutes typically. With Muramana, I'm rarely ever completing the ticks before the game is over, unless it's an exceptionally long game. I think having a fully stacked Muramana at 22 minutes seems fair enough. Please buff the stack rate of the completed item so we can use the on-hit damage at around the 22 minute mark rather than something like 30 minutes.
Consider that many AD have on-hit stuff, unlike mages that can spam AoE stuff to stack their Archangel's Staff. Because we're gated by being near waves, the 5 points per tick handicap hurts even more.
