Kled: no unmounted E or ult skills?

I was just reading the champion reveal and it looks like Kled loses his E and Ult skills when unmounted. I mean it shows a mounted E but no unmounted E.

Can a rioter confirm if he has an unmounted E or Ult or not?

he seems to still keep his W too, since it's a passive on autoattacks

I wouldn't worry about it. His mount looks like it works off of a rage mechanic. Farm some minions and Skaarl will return and E & R will become available again. It probably won't be that hard to get him back as it is just a passive ability.

he can't get skaarl back for minions. It only builds off fighting champs, towers and epic monsters.

Even still, it appears it only takes about 6 autos to get him back. Combine that with his W Violent Tendencies and it would only take several seconds to get him back. Unless there is a cool down of course.

His W is a passive like Gangplanks. He can't control when it is up. It doesn't contribute to anything involved with him getting it back.

Okay so... It looks like 6 autos to fill the bar. and when the W's passive is up it will be even faster. So it still wouldn't take that long, and I honestly wouldn't be concerned until we can see them played on PBE.

I wish he had an unmounted E but no unmounted ult. I think they just want his unmounted form to be weaker.

Kinda. They want to emphasize the bravery aspect of his character and kit. If you get unmounted, you either run of go HAM and turn the Boxbox meter up, and as a reward for going HAM, you get Skaarl back.
