I wasn't really being serious about that. :D

But you know its still usefull for proccing sheen on the next auto and taking out towers with allies, tough it might feel unrewarding, but hey it doesnt get blocked by minions and it might give you a kill even if it doesn't do a ton of damage.

We dont really want AD Ezreal to have essentially 2 ad skillshot abilities, because why would you ever go AP?

I never said it needed an AD scaling.

More damage isn't what Ezreal needs.

I think it needs a more unique utility attached to it so it could be both useful to AD and AP Ezreal.
