Is Patch 9.14 A Dumpster Fire?

In terms of bugs or balance?

Bug wise. I would say yes.

Balance. No. They've made a lot of good decisions balance wise.

Yes, because all those bugs. In terms of balance, though, the game was a dumpster fire long before 9.14. 9.14 made some things worse, but overall, the problem is much bigger than 9.14.

First 2/3 days after the patch have been some of the worst i've experienced in the game. I gotta say though, bugfixers seem to be generally fast, it's just a shame that the sheer amount of bugs is making them almost look incompetent despite the work they did this last week.
