As an M7 Camille I've wanted to use her to climb but she is banned every game. Most of the time by my own team despite my asking them not to.
So with the nerfs is she at a point now where there are higher priority bans? Because IMO, Lee, Vayne, Yasuo, Blitz, Shyvana, and Cait are more ban worthy than Camille now.
I just want to know what to expect.

No, most of my champs can simply turn this lane into a farm fest and outscale. Can my teammates withstand her. No, they are usually dump enough to be ganked again and again in the same manner and learn nothing. So, BANNED.

, immobile mage with a stun that's drastically less effective at close range. If I could stun Camille while she was ulting me, I probably wouldn't bother banning her. But alas, she's invulnerable while ulting and her ult makes me saving my defensive summoners a wasted effort.
I'll stop banning her consistently if her pick rate looks like it's going the way of Kled. Even after that, I suspect she'll be in the situation Vi's always in, where she's a decent ban even if she's not meta at that exact moment.

DrCyanide1 votesI should have been more clear - if I could stun her as she was doing the diving motion towards me (while she's starting her ult) it would be better. Xerath's stun has a significantly shorter duration of it hits a target at close range, do by the time she's got me in the box there's not enough room to get a decent stun off.

the weeaboo1 votesActually she only scales well when ahead. It's really hard to catch up once youre behind because she relies on the first ten minutes to snowball off of lane kills. Plus her kit takes forever to actually do the damage (if you want full effect) so her teamfights are pretty bad other than her ult.

I wouldnt ban her over cancersuo, but since most people will do that for me, I will ban her.

We think she’s hitting that mark pretty well. However, every champion needs room to fail, and for divers, that means being killable when they dive the backline, and lower on teamfight utility when they play it safer. i just read this and they mixed up diver with assassin

doiminat0r36001 votesYou use her second Q proc (which does True damage) and is modified by items like sheen and triforce. You can easily do around 550 true damage with just triforce on her second Q.
