Yes Janna is wonderful. Only about 250k off of one million mastery on her.

There's more speed to be had once you get 15 stacks on mejais which is where I prefer to get my extra speed rather than ludens/lichbane (which I can rarely justify over an aegis), plus the ap from mejais boosts your w for that go fast life.

Its only boring if your adc/team plays passive. But... if they are agressive you can make some plays with ur bubbles/wind/ult/slows
